– movements, habits, even reactions, trying to find some version of herself in it.
At first you’d think it’s just extreme or random. But cases like this are often tied to deeper psychological patterns, where a person disconnects and starts identifying with something simpler, something that feels easier to control.
The shift didn’t come from therapy or advice. It happened in a random moment, when she came across a stray dog on the street.
She said that’s when it hit her. Watching how hard that animal’s life actually was forced her to see everything from the outside for the first time.
And that’s the part that stayed with me. Sometimes it’s not years of thinking that change you, it’s one sharp момент that breaks the illusion instantly.
I used to believe awareness comes gradually. But lately I keep seeing examples where everything flips in seconds, like your brain just catches something it ignored before.

And once you notice it, you realize how long you’ve been overlooking it.
So tell me – have you ever had a moment that instantly changed how you see yourselt?
People scroll Reels every day. Very few turn that time into something valuable. I’ve discovered a way to change that – and I’m still experimenting with it myself.
