I found this photo completely by accident, late at night, while looking for something else.
At first, I thought it was a meme, one of those funny images that circulate online — but something about it didn’t feel right.
The more I looked at it, the stranger it seemed. It had a weird mix between an animal and a human face.
The eyes were far too “aware.” And if you zoom in on the image, you can notice marks, colors, even details that shouldn’t be there.
I thought it was just a Photoshop edit… but when I searched online, I couldn’t find it anywhere.
No origin, no author, no date. Just copies circulating on different profiles with different descriptions — some said it came from a dream, others that it was an “AI gone wrong.”
But here’s the weird part: every time I reopen the photo, it seems like something has changed.
I don’t know if it’s just my mind, but the colors, the light… even the expression on the face, is never identical.
Someone once wrote in the comments:
“Don’t look at it for too long, because your eye remembers its shape even when you close them.”
And yes, it happens.
Try it yourself — look at the image for a few seconds, then look away.
You’ll see it again, somewhere in the dark, for a brief moment.
